Cookies and analytics

We may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, remember your preferences, measure traffic and understand how visitors use our pages. Third parties may also set cookies for analytics and advertising. You can control cookies in your browser settings, and blocking some cookies may affect how the website works.

We use Google Analytics. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Some browsers send "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signals; where required by law we treat opt-out preference signals as a request to opt out of sale or sharing.

Artificial intelligence providers

To power AI automation, AI applications, IoT and text analysis, we use technology from AI service providers including OpenAI, Adobe Sensei, DeepAI, NVIDIA AI, IBM Watson and Anthropic. These providers may process information on our behalf for those purposes.

Where we use Google APIs, our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, to meet contractual, legal, tax and accounting obligations, or to resolve disputes. When we no longer need it, we delete or anonymize it.

Security

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, supported by an ISO 27001-accredited information security management system. No electronic transmission over the internet or method of storage can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. Please contact us immediately if you believe your information or an account with us has been compromised.

Your privacy rights in the United States

Depending on where you live, state privacy laws (such as those in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other states) may give you rights over your personal information, including the right to:

• know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, and request a copy;
• correct inaccurate personal information;
• delete personal information we hold about you;
• opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising (we do not sell personal information);

We aim to respond within 45 days. If we decline a request you may appeal by replying to our response, and you may also contact your state attorney general.

You have the right to access your personal information, request correction or erasure, restrict or object to processing, receive your data in a portable format, withdraw consent, and not be subject to solely automated decision-making. To exercise these rights, email [email protected].
